It's a directory for LPC Supervisors to market their services by listing their information so that potential Supervisees can connect with them and hopefully find a perfect match! If you have any questions, click REPLY to this email and I can answer any questions you have. Thanks again for allowing me this personal promotion! 🙏

New Compliance Requirements for All Small Businesses
Starting January 1, 2024 there is a new reporting law for small business owners called The Corporate Transparency Act. Failure to comply with this law will involve stiff civil and potentially criminal penalties. This new basically applies to any small business (including single member LLCs) with revenue of less than 5 million.
Here is a link to a video my financial advisor sent me to learn more about this law and what to do:
Please keep in mind, I’m not an attorney or CPA and I’m not providing any legal advice here. This is just a starting point for your research into this new law and making sure you’re in compliance. Here’s another helpful link:
Based on my initial reading, there really isn’t anything to do right now, but it appears you will be able to electronically file the information required starting January 1, 2024. If you have a pre-existing business, you have a year to complete the form. If you start a new business after January 1, it looks like you have 30 days to provide the required information.
