2025 Business Planning and Goal Setting

Focusing on results produces accountability.

As we start a new year, it’s the perfect time to create some business plans and goals for this year. As the quote above says, accountability is focusing on results (yes, real results like money and growth).

Here are some examples of business planning for 2025:

  • Services and Operations

    • What are you planning to add/remove to your business structure this year? Maybe adding some insurance panels? Adding some new referral networks? Adding a new certification or treatment modality? Do you need to switch from an LLC to an S-Corp?

  • Marketing and Growth Strategy

    • What are your marketing strategies? What is your marketing budget? How do you plan to market online, and in other ways? Do you need to update your website?

  • Financial Projections

    • Additional costs this year? Additional revenue streams? Projected profits for 2025?

Here are some examples of some concrete goals:

  • Increase active clients by 25%

  • Average 27 weekly sessions for the year

  • Achieve $200,000 in gross revenue

  • Introduce 1 new revenue stream

  • Attend 2 conferences

  • Earn 1 additional certification

  • Increase website traffic by 50%

These are just examples, but take some time to write down your 2025 business plan and some concrete goals. Keep the goals somewhere visible and monitor progress at least once per month.

With no direction, we don’t know where we’re going. Set the expectation, and then it’s time to get to work.
